The man was extremely professional, and appeared to be sincere. I didn't feel as though he was attempting to take advantage of me as we conversed. His rates were fair, and he completed the task successfully. Though it is too early to determine whether the chemical treatment was effective, I remain optimistic. All things considered, the business is certain to satisfy.

After providing a quote and scheduling a time to remove the rodents, they supposedly came to do the work. However, upon inspecting the video camera, no record of their visit was found. When I reached out to inquire about this discrepancy, they offered to reschedule the appointment. But on the day of the rescheduled appointment, they failed to show up without any notification or response to my texts. Their unprofessional behavior has left me extremely disappointed.
