While we were away from home, a pipe burst, causing us inconvenience. However, Preston was considerate and adaptable, even though we were in a remote location with erratic cell service. He performed exemplary work, capturing comprehensive notes and pictures that he later shared with us. Preston treated our property with the same level of care as if it were his own, and we were exceedingly grateful for his assistance.

In 2017, I had the pleasure of meeting the owner of this business while inspecting a property he was finishing. This chance encounter has turned out to be one of the best business relationships I have ever had. After he finished his scheduled projects, we started working together and he has been my go-to tradesman since then. Our projects have ranged from basic maintenance to full-home remodels and he has demonstrated his dependability and talent repeatedly. While he excels in bathroom and kitchen remodels, I cannot say with certainty that those are his best work. For instance, my wife and I are extremely pleased with the kitchen and bathroom he renovated for us, but every other project he has completed has been equally impressive. What sets Preston apart is not only his skill and talent, but also his professionalism and character. He always follows through on his commitments and communicates effectively throughout every job. I highly recommend this business without hesitation.

The day following Christmas, our frozen pipes finally began to leak due to the rise in the temperature. Preston was quick to arrive and assess the situation with professionalism. Our first course of action was to cap the fractured water lines to restore water throughout the house. Despite discovering that the damage was more extensive than initially assumed, Preston remained courteous, maintaining his professional demeanor. At 8:00 PM, we called it a day after having water in the rest of our household. The next morning, Preston arrived early with his supplies and parts to complete the job. He worked tidily and organized, leaving behind a clean workspace. Preston remained polite and professional throughout the entire process, making it a pleasure to work alongside him. When in need of an outstanding handyman, we will undoubtedly be contacting Preston once more.

Before moving into my home, I sought assistance in painting it. Fortunately, I received exceptional aid from Preston, who was efficient and supportive throughout the task. After selecting the colors, he completed the project with remarkable swiftness. During our first meeting, I learned that he also undertakes significant bathroom renovations, and I viewed some of his prior works. His dedication to detail and his tenacious work ethic are a breath of fresh air, particularly given my previous disappointing interactions with contractors. I am eager to collaborate with him once again on my subsequent project.

He has undertaken several projects on our residence in the past decade, such as a full interior renovation following a fire. He is prompt, expert, produces outstanding results and is worth every dollar. He pays attention to your requirements and provides excellent suggestions.
