Before establishing itself as an independent entity in 2018, NTS Consulting's owner and staff had been actively involved in construction in the DMV area since 2005. NTS is a highly responsive and customer-focused business that takes great care to consider all of the client's specifications when preparing estimates and designing plans. Although we were unable to hire Ms. Shipman for this particular project due to circumstances beyond her control, we would not hesitate to reach out to her for future endeavors.
