We provide both therapeutic massage therapy and fascial stretch therapy, as well as specializing in medical massage, neuromuscular, deep tissue, sports, trigger point, myofascial, and pre & per-natal massages. Our table massages include cupping, heat packs, and hot stone therapy at no extra cost. Our Fascial Stretch Therapy is a clothed and table-based treatment that works on deep fascial lines to provide a comprehensive stretch, opening up muscles, joints, and fascia. Also, note that our treatments always include the full treatment time, meaning a 60-minute massage is 60 minutes of hands-on therapy, not the typical 50 minutes at many spas.

I had a wonderful deep tissue massage yesterday and felt like a new person afterwards. The cozy atmosphere of the homey space made it much more enjoyable than being in a boring cubicle room. I highly recommend it.
