The customer service provided by this company is extremely unsatisfactory. They have charged my account for four extra payments, despite assuring me that my money had been refunded on previous occasions. Upon deciding to use their service, I was promised that the mosquitoes would be eliminated in 1-3 days as I had planned to host a 67th birthday celebration for my mother. Unfortunately, after signing the contract, I was informed by another representative that it may take longer, up to 10-14 days. Nevertheless, the mosquitoes persist and continue to be a problem.
