Without any prior notice, the appointment was delayed by 40 minutes. Although satisfied with the quality of cleaning done by the team, the cleaning process took two and a half hours, which is twice the time my previous cleaners spent. I had been employing them for more than a year, and it generally cost less. Ensure you confirm the payment required for the job beforehand.
