With great communication skills, I was promptly informed that our custom grout order was delayed along with a screenshot from the supplier confirming it. As soon as it arrived, the technician scheduled the grout repair for the next day. They efficiently fixed the grout, tidied up the area and departed. Overall, an outstanding job.
