At one of my rental homes in Jacksonville's Springfield area, Nexus General Services installed my laminate flooring. Two weeks before beginning the job, Leandro evaluated it because I was going out of town. He assured me that they would level the floors, install any necessary quarter round and caulk, as the house is older. Two days before beginning the project, they contacted me to verify that we were still on schedule. I was pleased with their prompt responses to my calls and texts. The three-person team took three days to complete the work, as outlined in the quote. The quote they provided was much more reasonable than quotes I received from other companies through CrackerJack application, which was helpful in obtaining numerous bids. Leandro met my wife and me after the work was completed to walk through the home, and she was notably pleased. Leandro and his team are exceptional. I have had some flooring projects completed at other locations recently, but none were as satisfactory as this one.
