I had never used a carpet cleaning service before and decided to try it out. As I live in an apartment with a 3 month old puppy that I am currently housebreaking, I needed my carpet cleaned well. The experience was fantastic despite the fact that my two tiny canines had urinated on the rug in my main bedroom, causing an unpleasant odor. JB arrived and remedied the situation- the carpet is now exceptionally white and the scent of urine is undetectable.

One of my tenants called to inform me that they were scheduled to move in today, but the carpet hadn't been cleaned and their previous attempts to get help were unsuccessful. I submitted a request on CrackerJack, and they promptly replied. Within an hour, they arrived, and I can't thank them enough. My tenant was on the verge of canceling, but thanks to CrackerJack's efficient service, we were able to proceed with the move-in process.
