Jorge exhibited unprofessionalism and incompetence in his work. He demanded a payment of $2200 for creating a blueprint and obtaining a permit before commencing the project. He initiated the permit process incorrectly and kept me waiting for six months. Finally, he disappeared without refunding my money.
