Dear Salenta,
Earlier today, I was moving heavy objects at my Dad's place and I think I pulled a muscle in my rib. The pain persisted throughout the day and into my meditation tonight. As you offered guidance during the session, I instinctively split my focus between my injured rib and my heart, and then my throat, and so on up my central channel. Surprisingly, my rib feels noticeably better despite not being fully focused during the meditation. I want to express my love and gratitude to you as well as your trustworthy guides, whose reliability I have come to significantly appreciate. Thank you once again.
