With over 7 years of experience in both medical and spa settings, I am a certified and caring Medical Massage Practitioner/Licensed Massage Therapist. I specialize in science and evidence-based treatments for pain and mobility issues. As a new client, you can enjoy a 15% discount on my Medical Massage 3x Treatment Plan, which includes a 75-minute New Client Assessment & Treatment (regularly $80) and two 30-minute Custom Focused Treatments (regularly $45@) for a total of $149.

I provide detailed whole-body wellness and rehabilitation therapy, having helped over 3000 clients ranging from seniors to teens, women and men with accident and chronic overuse injuries (such as computer users, trade and healthcare workers). My approach includes combining various techniques such as Swedish, Deep Tissue, Myofascial, stretching, and others as required.

Rest assured that I am fully vaccinated against COVID-19 as of 2/13/21 and follow CDC safe practices.

My service hours are as follows at the Howard County Chiropractic Office located at 8894 Stanford Blvd. Suite 303 Columbia, MD 21045:
- Monday: 2:30 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.
- Wednesday: 2:30 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.
- Saturday: 9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.

My regular fees for custom therapeutic/medical massage with prior New Client Assessment are as follows:
- 60 min: $80
- 90 min: $120
- 30 min: $45

One of my greatest pleasures is helping my clients develop individual plans that aid and maintain their holistic wellness. This includes integration of massage with self-care and lifestyle/workplace changes, as well as coordination with other healthcare providers, where appropriate.
