When I decided to invest in my health and fitness, I knew I needed a personal trainer. While big box gyms offer this service, the lack of privacy and potential intimidation from other gym-goers held no appeal for me. Thankfully, I found STF - a private facility with simple machines and a trainer who prioritizes my goals during sessions.
Will, the trainer, guides me through easy-to-use gym equipment indoors, occasionally incorporating new and innovative fitness accessories to target different muscle groups. Additionally, outdoor workouts focus on functional fitness and improving mobility and balance.
In just a few weeks, I've seen a significant improvement in both my physical and mental health. Thanks to the cardio plan Will designed for me, I haven't experienced a migraine in months. I now make more thoughtful nutrition choices, knowing that what I eat fuels my workouts and muscles. With my body working more efficiently, I no longer stress over the occasional indulgence. I highly recommend Will as an excellent trainer! His fitness studio is equipped with the latest gear, and he maintains hygiene by sanitizing the area after each use. Additionally, he is vaccinated, providing an added layer of safety. Be truthful about your goals and submit your meal plans for optimal outcomes. Although I'm not one to write reviews typically, I feel compelled to share my experience with Shed the Fat Fitness as it has become a second home to me. After trying to find a suitable trainer at larger commercial gyms, I was disappointed with the crowded atmosphere and inexperienced trainers. Seeking a more personal and individualized approach, I was fortunate enough to find Will. Confused about what workouts to do and how to do them, as well as what to eat and what to avoid, I simply wanted guidance. From our first meeting, I recognized that Will was well-informed and dedicated to his clients' success. His gym and turfed cross fit area are impressive, and every workout is diverse and challenging. Not only has he gone above and beyond to assist me and other clients, but he's available to answer my questions at any time and keeps me motivated and accountable, predominantly with diet. His system is effective if you follow his advice and put in the effort - I've dropped two pant sizes and feel stronger than ever in just over two months.
