Positive: The technician was punctual and acted professionally. Furthermore, he provided us with valuable information indicating that we would require a fan size that differed from our original expectation.
Negative: We were presented with a replacement fee of $627 for a bathroom fan, not including the cost of the equipment. None of the other estimates we obtained come anywhere close to reaching that amount. It seems like an exorbitant fee solely to cover the $59 service charge.
