Mr. Tim came to our rescue and he was exceptional! He was incredibly professional and kind. Unfortunately, our entire air and heating system was completely destroyed. However, true to his word, Mr. Tim and his crew arrived promptly and worked tirelessly until late in the evening. They were completely transparent throughout the process and there were no unexpected surprises. Mr. Tim even made a promise to us that he would not leave until our home was sufficiently cool, and he kept his word. AKM went above and beyond on our behalf and we are immensely grateful.
