I'm extremely let down as I have attempted multiple phone calls and left numerous voice messages, yet I have not received any response. The sequence of events goes like this: I made an appointment through their website which was confirmed by a specific date and time. The day before my appointment, I received both an email and text message from them to validate my virtual appointment. On the day of the meeting, I clicked on the provided Zoom link but no one joined for almost 30 minutes. Despite my attempts to contact them via phone, I was unsuccessful in reaching anyone.
