Boasting over two decades of massage therapy expertise, I provide a range of techniques that include:

- MYOKINESTHETIC (MYK): This method strives to align the body's posture, hence balancing the nervous system and reducing pain while increasing range of motion.
- DEEP TISSUE: Using this technique, I target deep muscles to aid in relaxing the nervous system.
- SWEDISH: For a soothing and calming experience.
- BODYMIND COACH: This approach aims to balance the mind and body.
- BODYSCULPTING: An ultrasound cavitation application that reduces fat in a peaceful atmosphere.

I firmly believe that to achieve complete healing, a person has to be treated holistically-body, mind, and spirit. Therefore, I offer Containers comprising massage sessions and BodyMind Coaching services, with additional perks and support. Exclusive of these containers are sessions for Cupping, Deep Tissue, and Raindrop, which incur an extra fee.
