While skilled in pressure washing, the individual's performance in gutter cleaning and window washing was lacking. Their work was sloppy, as evidenced by the scattered rags left behind and the leaves blown all over the outdoor furniture and AC unit. Additionally, despite having agreed to install gutter guards, they never followed through and failed to communicate with us. This lack of professionalism is not a satisfactory way to conduct business.

Communication is not this company's strong suit. Despite providing me with a quote, they encountered issues with their equipment upon arrival, and then proceeded to ignore my attempts at follow-up. Save yourself the trouble of trying to schedule with them as they only respond when it suits them.

The windows and surfaces were cleaned exceptionally well with pressure washing. They were also most reasonably priced and prompt in responding to inquiries. I am extremely pleased with the results. Thank you.
