Throughout my years of working with contractors for home repairs and remodeling, I can confidently say that NewCoast Construction is one of the best I have had the pleasure to work with. Mo and his team are highly efficient and professional, producing work of exceptional quality. Unfortunately, we had a shower pan issue that caused leakage into our living room, but Mo responded quickly, fitting us into his schedule and completing the entire job of demo, repair, and rebuild of the tile shower, as well as ceiling and wall drywall repairs, in less time than anticipated. The team's attention to detail, including tile, grout, and drywall texture and paint matching, was exceptional. They demonstrated daily punctuality, pride in their work and professionalism in their conduct. They were also courteous, considerate of our time, respectful of our home, and left the job site clean daily. I already have future projects planned with them. Mo was the licensed contractor we chose for our bathroom renovation. Our goal was to replace the bathtub with a stand-up shower furnished with curtains. We were extremely pleased with the work completed by Luis and Mo in the bathroom, which was finished within the agreed-upon time. Mo & Luis excel in renovating bathrooms, and although they may have other skills, I specifically engaged them for a bathroom remodeling project. The experience of working with them was very congenial, and they listened attentively to my requests while also providing superior recommendations (often superior to my own initial preferences). They began work immediately and labored consistently every day except Sundays until the task was complete. They demonstrated great respect throughout the project and made every effort to maintain the cleanliness of the surrounding spaces. Overall, I would not hesitate to hire them again.
