The company impressed us by promptly responding to our inquiry, being licensed and bonded, and delivering high-quality work. Our home looks stunning, and they even restored everything to its original position and tidied up afterwards. However, communication posed a slight challenge as their spoken English was somewhat limited, which led to some confusion over when the job would be finished after the initial patch-up. We had to follow up with them after a week had passed to get clarity on the timeline. Additionally, we were unaware that they didn't accept credit cards until after the completion of the work, as it was not specified on the estimate nor communicated to us beforehand.

They likely knew their destination and were punctual. However, they failed to emerge and despite numerous attempts to contact them and rescheduling appointments, they did not fulfill their commitments.

I wish I could give zero stars. CrackerJack should not allow Rio Grande Lathe on their platform. I made an appointment for an estimate and Hector showed up an hour and a half late, but I let it go. After agreeing on a job for the following Friday morning, Rio Grande Lathe never called or showed up. When I called their office, I was told that not enough workers showed up for work. We rescheduled for the next Thursday, and once again they didn't show up or call. Despite missing work three times, I tried again when they promised Hector would come on Monday, but they refused to set a time. By noon, I called again and no one answered. Frustrated, I decided to do the stucco job myself and was pleased with the results. If Rio Grande Lathe is anything like their business skills, I made the right choice. In summary, do not waste your time or money on Rio Grande Lathe.

Rio Grande Lath & Plaster proved to be reliable and skilled in my personal encounter with them. We entrusted them with the roofing and full re-stucco of our house. The team was punctual, dedicated, and put in long hours to ensure timely completion of the job. I wholeheartedly recommend Rio Grande Lath & Plaster to others and would readily engage their services again.

I was met with a robotic answer of "Yes, we're available" no matter what question I posed. The thought of having to endure this type of interaction during project planning and execution is unimaginable.
