About
Red C Recording Studios was established in 2015 by Joey Carr; a retired professional percussionist and recording artist with over 30 years of experience. Carr obtained an audio engineering degree from the Audio Engineering Institute in 2011, and later went on to receive a second degree in both audio and electrical engineering from UTSa. He also served as the Chief Audio Engineer at Cornerstone Central Church from 2012-2017. Our primary objective is to provide superior results while working within the budget of both emerging and established artists. We work closely with clients to ensure that their projects accurately reflect their musical abilities. Our approach combines the latest recording techniques with a unique artistic flair, to bring your vision to life in a polished recording. On November 26th, 2020, I was hired on CrackerJack for a recording session that turned out to be the most enjoyable experience I've had in a long time. Joey, the professional recording engineer, made me feel comfortable from the start by introducing me to his family. He provided me with the encouragement and motivation needed to confidently sing to the best of my ability. With Joey's software and expertise, the final recording turned out great. I highly recommend Red C Recording to anyone looking to record a 5-minute or less pop song who is aged between 45-64 and only needs pre-recorded instrumentals mixed.
