Northeastern and Russ' team were amazing. After spending some weeks in the hospital, I returned home to a chaotic scene. My kitchen and bedroom had incurred significant damage due to a leaking roof. Fortunately, Russ and his team fixed it for me, although it was not my intention to replace it immediately due to budget constraints. However, I contacted Northeastern again, and they provided me with an affordable price on the full roof replacement. They even used my payment for the repair as a credit towards the total cost. My experience with Northeastern has been superb, and I cannot recommend them enough.
