It was a breeze working with Dahler. His crew and he were prompt, productive, and completed the job earlier than the deadline. He was available to respond to my inquiries before, during, and after the task. They performed a seamless carpet removal throughout the second floor and two flights of stairs, as well as extracted some stone tiles from two landings and replaced it with LVT. The work quality is excellent! Without a doubt, I will hire Floors Forever again for future needs!

The installation of our engineered hardwood by Daler was exceptional. However, we were unaware that he had to sand the subfloor a bit extra. As a result, he charged us more than the previously agreed amount. It would have been beneficial to us if we were informed before he began the task. Nevertheless, this review is not intended to be negative as we appreciate Daler's prompt response and the remarkable quality of his work.
