Fen’s cleaning service

Fen arrived punctually and efficiently tidied up my mother-in-law's flat. She displayed a considerate demeanor and accomplished all the tasks I requested. Remarkably, it only took her four hours to clean the whole two-bedroom unit.

Fen and her mother exhibit a great deal of amicability. They arrived punctually and finished the cleaning within the expected time frame. The house is remarkably spotless, with even the minutest details taken into account. I would certainly re-engage their services.

While assisting my sister with her move, I was fortunate to locate a cleaning service available on a Friday evening. The service provider demonstrated great flexibility and kept us informed throughout the process. They worked tirelessly, even extending their stay to secure the clean and empty house on our behalf. The landlords arrived early the following day and were pleased with the pristine condition of the house.

Despite their great job, the house cleaner claims I paid twice due to a language barrier. They informed me that I could use Venmo as payment and I promptly scanned their account to send the payment. However, they messaged me 15 minutes later to inform me that they had already received payment from my previous card on file. Though I do not believe it was intentional, we are currently in communication via text message. The cleaner suggested that I retrieve my refund via Venmo, but that is impossible as the money has already been transmitted to them. Instead, I have requested that they Venmo the money back to me. At present, I have yet to receive a response. Any assistance would be appreciated.

They worked very hard! The room was in a very dirty condition and they invested over 3 hours in thorough cleaning. Consequently, our house became much better.
