Although I primarily conduct my training from my home gym in Westlake village, I can offer the option of having one of my skilled trainers meet you at your chosen location for a personalized workout session in the convenience of your own home, with an added fee.

I have dedicated myself to personal training since the age of 21, immersing myself in the fitness industry since I was young, having participated in a variety of sports including baseball, basketball, football, and wrestling. Furthermore, I am certified in fitness nutrition and corrective exercise. I typically begin sessions with a 5-10 minute warm up, followed by a 45-50 minute workout, and conclude with a 5-10 minute corrective exercise and cool down. I also give tailored meal plans and routines to use for individual sessions. I have had clients of all ages ranging from 18-82, each with unique goals, and I hope to assist you in reaching yours.

My ultimate passion in this business is getting to know each individual and observing their progress. It is rewarding to witness clients achieve their desired results and adopt a healthier lifestyle through regular fitness activities. More than anything, I value my relationships with my clients.

Typically, I would provide a conventional, positive review that you've likely heard before. But, in this case, it wouldn't do justice to Justin and his clients. What sets Justin apart from other trainers is his initial focus on your range of motion and flexibility as the foundation for your objectives. Unlike most people who aim to get fit, we rarely consider the most crucial component of fitness- how we feel and what we can do independently in our older years. This surpasses appearance. When I first met Justin, he evaluated me, which I believed was unnecessary given my relatively healthy condition. However, I quickly realized how little I knew about my body, and I was humbled by my lack of comprehension. This brought my shortcomings to his attention, and he dedicated a large proportion of our sessions to address them, which proved effective. I highly recommend Justin to anyone seeking more than just advice and structure. He listens, adjusts, and motivates where necessary. He closely monitors your form and corrects any mistakes to ensure an optimal workout.

I have hired several trainers in the past, but Justin stands out as the best. His attention to detail is unparalleled, and he expertly modifies exercises for those with injuries. Despite my own knee issues, his guidance never hindered me; in fact, I feel stronger now. It's a shame I don't live in the area to continue with his training, but I would highly recommend Justin to anyone seeking results.

My experience training with Justin was fantastic. To provide some context, exercise has never been a top priority for me. Strength training has never been something that comes naturally, and truthfully, it's one of my least favorite things to do. I consider myself to lead an active lifestyle, engaging in activities like hiking, backcountry backpacking, biking, snowboarding, golfing, and rock climbing. However, as I've entered my 40s, my body doesn't respond to outdoor activities the way it used to, and I'm not seeing the physical results I desire. Additionally, I struggle with severe asthma and have a history of lower back issues, so it's important to work with someone who understands physiology and health conditions. Justin provided 30 sessions of patient and detailed assessments and coaching, resulting in the disappearance of my lower back pain, increased muscle definition, and improved posture. I even looked forward to our sessions during my busy 12-hour workdays. Unfortunately, I won't be able to continue training with Justin as we're relocating out of state. I'm grateful for his help and appreciate his work with me. Until next time, Justin!
