One of the best places to eat is here, ranking in my top ten. It's worth driving 40 minutes each way for the food cooked with wood charcoal. The flavor and authenticity cannot be beat. The chef's cooking and grilling skills bring out great nuance in each dish. Even with other places that use gas, this spot stands out. Woodridge, IL has a gem in this restaurant. It's my hope that they open a franchise in the northwest suburbs of Chicago, so I can eat here more frequently every week.

Ed's kitchen was a great choice for my meal. Ed brought his unique grill which impressed everyone with the flavorful kebabs. I particularly enjoyed the chicken and beef. I will certainly be ordering from them again.
