Abi arrived punctually and the quality of his work is impressive. He efficiently completed the task and I am fully satisfied with it. This is something unusual for me to say! Certainly, I will seek the services of Ben Franklin in the future and ask for Abi to do the job!

On 9/09/14, my service technician was Michael Lavoie. He had previously installed my tank-less hot water and filtration system almost a year ago, and I specifically requested him for his extensive plumbing knowledge and excellent craftsmanship. Mike is personable and genuine, making him my first choice for any plumbing issues I may encounter. Thank you, Mike, for your exceptional work. Abi and Susette were meticulous in handling the multiple jobs I needed. While I hadn't anticipated the extent of the work or the cost, their attention to detail was necessary to address previous botched remodeling attempts that could have led to future problems. I greatly appreciate their commitment to doing things the right way rather than opting for shortcuts. Both technicians were highly knowledgeable and friendly, and I am grateful for their service.
