Upon our invitation, Jacob inspected our waterfall and pond and offered suggestions on how to enhance the water quality and retention in the pond. We eagerly anticipate collaborating with him as he possesses immense expertise and provided us with different options to contemplate, which was very helpful. Furthermore, he instructed us on how to manage our system, remove and evaluate the pump and identified an electrical problem. We are grateful for his assistance!
