Despite the negative reviews I came across, I decided to consider this property management for my move in July of 2021. As it turns out, my experience was fantastic. I had the pleasure of working directly with Michael Apparicio, who was incredibly responsive and accommodating. While I unfortunately had to withdraw my application for the unit due to a family emergency, Michael remained respectful and understanding throughout the process. I have no doubt that, had I continued the leasing process, Michael would have continued to provide exceptional service and support throughout my tenancy. It's truly all anyone could ask for.
