Hiring Billiter's turned out to be a costly error, as I wasted four months and an additional $300. Initially scheduled for January, the tree cutting was postponed until March 26, and even then, Billiter's only managed to remove a few limbs before their lift broke down again. (See the picture of the unfinished job they left behind.) Despite their inability to provide an estimate for when they could return, they refused to reimburse any of the $500 deposit. Recognizing my losses, I decided to hire another contractor who completed the job in just two days after my call. The new contractor revealed that Billiter's had accomplished little and could only reduce the cost by $200. Ultimately, I lost four months and $300 by going with Billiter's. It's important to consider more experienced and dependable companies that don't rely on a single piece of equipment to operate.
