If it were feasible, I would award Dr. Cooney with 6 stars. His meticulousness in devising my treatment plan is a testament to his expertise and professionalism. If you ever have the opportunity to collaborate with Dr. Cooney, you wouldn't deem it necessary to seek out another physical therapist!
