The experience was fantastic. I visited a different glass company around Ann Arbor to repair a chip, but it was a sweltering day and I believe they should have allowed my vehicle to cool down before attempting the repair. Instead, they transformed the chip into a crack spanning 25 inches, forcing me to replace my windshield at a cost of over $400. I chose Glass Doctor, who replaced the windshield at my home for $300.

Glass Doctor provided me with a more affordable quote to replace my car's rear window compared to the national company whose name starts with "safe". The latter required a week's notice and had no customer service representatives available to speak with. On the other hand, Glass Doctor had friendly personnel who promptly provided me with a quote and replaced the glass within 24 hours. I was pleasantly surprised and pleased to be back in my car with a new back window so soon after breaking the old one. Going forward, I will prefer to consult with Glass Doctor first.

The staff at their offices were both efficient and friendly. When they came over to install at our home, their conduct was professional, considerate, and amicable. The installation was thorough and timely, and we felt at ease throughout the entire process. Without any hesitancy, we would certainly engage their services again if the need arose.

I obtained a small glass panel to substitute the one that I unintentionally shattered on our garage door. The service was prompt and cordial with reasonable rates. I will surely revisit for future glass needs.

The sole concern I had pertained to the receptionist's assurance that upon the Technician's arrival in the vicinity, I would receive a phone call notifying me. However, I was oblivious that the issue had been resolved until after I finished work. Nevertheless, this was not a significant inconvenience as the personnel were exceptionally cooperative.
