I am disappointed to report that there has been no improvement in the presence of the white mold. Despite the young man's considerate behavior, which included explaining his process, taking his time, and being thoughtful, the product he used did not prove effective for my particular situation.

My encounter with this service was not satisfactory. Enviro services were called to eliminate mold underneath my kitchen sink according to our contract agreement. They were supposed to cut and extract the bottom plate beneath the sink, as well as remove drywall. However, they drilled three more holes instead of conducting the necessary removal. The mold remains, along with the pungent odor, and now there are three unrepaired holes. I am disappointed as I was expecting exceptional work. Unfortunately, I did not receive the service I paid for.
