From the initial contact, Keith displayed excellent communication. He provided a thorough explanation of the carpet cleaning process required for our newly purchased home. He did an excellent job of cleaning my dirty carpet, which now looks significantly better and cleaner. The price was reasonable, taking into account the amount of work involved. It is difficult to ask for more than this.
