I contacted three different AC companies to address an issue with my AC unit, but their services did not resolve the problem. Eventually, I decided to call Southern Air, and Casey was dispatched to my location. Casey was extremely knowledgeable and was able to fix the issue with my AC unit in no time. He was also prompt in his response to my call and charged me significantly less than what I had expected. I am immensely grateful to both Casey and Southern Quality Air for their excellent service, and I will not hesitate to use their services again in the future.
