Dream Klean provided an exceptional experience at an affordable price! I am thrilled with their service and will definitely be calling them again. The carpets in my upstairs area were causing a foul odor in my entire house, thanks to my house guest's dog and my two messy children. I cleared everything off the floors to have the majority cleaned.
Although the floors are not dry, I am impressed that only a faint blue chalk stain remains in one of my children's rooms, hardly noticeable to a passerby.
Charles arrived promptly and efficiently completed the cleaning in an hour. He was remarkably professional and courteous. I highly recommend Dream Klean for all your carpet cleaning needs.

I am thrilled to have discovered Charles on CrackerJack instead of opting for a big cleaning corporation. Not only was Charles highly-skilled and prompt in his response, but he was also incredibly courteous. My apartment now looks pristine and exudes a delightful aroma. Charles demonstrated exceptional professionalism, speed, and efficiency. He arrived early at our house and immediately asked to inspect the rooms that required cleaning, explaining his process beforehand. Room by room, he utilized his deodorizer, which left our entire home smelling delightful. Despite our relatively new carpets, they appeared spotless after his cleaning. Notably, his work did not disrupt our workday, as my husband and I both work from home. Additionally, he even conducted light mopping to ensure the removal of any remaining wet footprints on our wooden floor. Without a doubt, we will employ Charles' services in the future.

As soon as I found out my family would be visiting in a few days, I realized that my carpet desperately needed to be cleaned 😅. Thankfully, I was able to book an appointment instantly, and there was availability as soon as the following day. Charles arrived right on time and swiftly and efficiently removed all of the cat stains from my carpet, allowing me to entertain my family without any embarrassment. My carpet now feels fresh and fluffy. The best part was that, as I only had a few small carpeted areas, this process was much quicker and more convenient than hiring one of the larger companies that would have had to snake a huge tube into my house from their van parked outside. I'm very happy with the service!

I cannot believe how amazing they are! When we purchased our house, there were significant stains in the carpet that couldn't get removed even after the sellers paid for steam cleaners. The stains worsened when kids came over after Thanksgiving. While we thought of replacing the carpet, we thought of giving Dream Koran a chance. And, to our surprise, they got rid of ALL the stains, and the carpet looked brand new! They preserved a lot of money for us. Therefore, I recommend them highly as they are simply miracle workers!
