My passion lies in music, which is at the heart of my creative universe. I relish having options in my life and creative pursuits, just as one can express oneself through art, cooking, fashion, or even the way we choose to style ourselves. As a young person, I struggled to settle on one aspect of music, often changing my major during my college years. However, this indecision became a gift, affording me a wealth of musical experiences, from jazz bands and orchestras to composing music for video games and high school bands. I have also continued to learn new instruments, becoming a diverse and multi-talented musician.

Having been immersed in music for over 20 years, I have experienced the joy it can bring personally and creatively. I take delight in sharing this gift with people of all ages, watching them progress from novices to skilled musicians. My lessons are tailored to each individual's learning style and goals, encompassing techniques, rhythm and sight-reading, improvisation, composing and arranging, and performance skills. Seeing my students attain their aspirations gives me a sense of fulfillment, making me feel like I am having a small but significant impact on the world.
