Consider yourself warned about the unprofessional and deceitful practices of this company. They falsely represent the size of the project and may attempt to scam you. Despite my project description stating that the issue was a simple sensor change, the company's technician arrived and wired a new sensor backward. The technician claimed that a new opener was needed instead and quoted a price 30% higher than a similar project completed a month prior. Furthermore, the technician did not have the necessary part and left for approximately one hour, likely to purchase it. Upon inspection, I discovered that the sensor was simply wired backward and corrected the issue myself. The technician returned one hour later and demanded $220 for labor plus $60 for each sensor. Despite spending only 10 minutes on the project, the technician expected payment for a much longer period of time.

When I was using my garage door, it emitted terrible sounds. I got in touch with All Access and was satisfied with their services from start to finish. They charged me a reasonable fee for fixing the door, and the technician was prompt and proficient. Additionally, the receptionist who phoned me after the service call for quality control was a delightful and enjoyable person to work with. I would love to hear from her again!
