It is essential for them to ensure direct communication between me and the agent responsible for preparing my tax returns. Although their office is pleasant, my tax returns were completed without any consultation or feedback from me. They merely filed the basic tax form without any personalized attention. I could have easily done this myself for free online. It is vital to note that their office comprises only of licensed agents, not CPAs - this is not synonymous.
