The response time was quick and the repairs were done promptly. Communication was exceptional, and the attention to detail for clean up was impressive. I was highly impressed overall.

This is my second time working with these individuals and yet again they have exceeded my expectations. They were able to detect an error in the previous lawn maintenance company's wiring of the irrigation system, rectified the issue, identified and resolved a leakage problem that had gone unnoticed, and attended to other necessary tasks. As I recently bought the property, I inherited a backyard that was overgrown and unmanageable. However, after their exceptional services, it now resembles a paradise compared to its former state. Their fees are reasonable and completely justified. Consequently, I have retained their services as my lawn care providers. A thumbs up to them!

After sending out a request for proposal, I received a prompt response from Ohana. Within hours, they arrived the following day to evaluate the situation and discovered that the PVC irrigation pipe had been destroyed by uprooted tree roots. We discussed possible solutions and eventually agreed to remove the tree. On the initial day of repair, they sealed the leak and double-checked the main water meter to ensure that everything was fixed. During their subsequent visit, they managed to remove the entire tree, including all of the roots, in under two hours. The area was left clean and level.
