Leaking water from my toilet had seeped into the subflooring, making the surrounding area unstable and damp, which was quite unpleasant. Upon removing the subfloor, mold was discovered and had taken over the entire area. The team thoroughly removed all traces of moisture, mold, and damaged portions of the flooring. They then replaced the subfloor and installed new lvp flooring, leaving it pristine.
