The requested task was incomplete as the iron staircase had rust and gaps in the steps and platform. We inquired about replacing it with a new one but were advised against it. Instead, they proposed to remove rust, install a new platform, add a sealant and repaint. However, the rust was merely painted over, and no sealant was applied. As a result, the staircase appears unsightly. When we tried to reschedule, we were informed that the boss was away on vacation. Despite attempts to follow up, we have yet to receive a response.

The craftsmanship exhibited was extremely poor, indicating a lack of knowledge and skill in working with stainless steel. Even the most basic step of brushing the weld seemed to have been overlooked, resulting in an incomplete welding job.
