Since then, their attention to details, flexibility, and promptness have impressed me. I appreciate their professionalism and commitment to excellence.

This company's service is terrible and I suggest finding another one. They were difficult to work with and even after giving them a second chance, I regretted it. The first time they came, they didn't completely cut my yard and they were late without apologizing. Additionally, they didn't remember my name even though I registered and scheduled through CrackerJack. When I tried to use their service again, I called for four days with no response. After they finally responded, they blamed the rain for not being able to come, even though it wasn't raining on my side of town. I waited three weeks without any reply, leaving my grass to grow past my ankles. Though it was more expensive, I found better service elsewhere and suggest that you don't waste your time or money with this company. Look for a better service provider on CrackerJack.
