The agreement for the renovation of my home kitchen and family room was made with Project Manager Michael Abovich in February 2020. Unfortunately, due to Covid, there were unavoidable delays, and work did not commence until May and June. Most of the construction involved demolition of a large fireplace, entryway tile, and the entire kitchen. A complete renovation was done with new cabinets, floors, granite countertops, appliances, fixtures, backsplash, lights, and paint. LeCut Construction did an excellent job and the project was finished in mid-September. All permits and installations were done to code. Although there were some delays in the ordering of new cabinet hardware, we had ample time. Michael was responsive and ensured that any issues were resolved to our satisfaction. Overall, we are thrilled with the end result – it's as good as new!
