They executed several tasks, including the replacement of our roof shingles, insulation of one of our rooms, repair of several rotted wooden boards, and installation of a new evap cooler on our roof. We received quotes from six different companies for our roof project, but we had the best feeling about Lorigo and the way they approached the work. They offered clear recommendations and were transparent with their pricing, which was competitive given the size of the project (our roof is over 400ft and we needed 5 skylights replaced). Communication was seamless and the outcome was very satisfactory. When they discovered damage from soft spots on the roof and issues with the drywall in the skylight shafts, they quickly came out to repair and repaint. Overall, Lorigo made the project hassle-free and reasonably priced, and we would definitely work with them again.
