Initially, he was effective and exhibited a professional demeanor. However, his performance deteriorated with each passing week. His handling of leaf removal on my premises was inadequate. Furthermore, he neglected to trim areas in my front yard and underneath my pool deck. When I communicated my dissatisfaction with his substandard performance, his response was dismissive, claiming that I would perpetually complain. I wouldn't have to complain if he had executed his duties correctly from the start. While I attempted to empathize with his solo efforts, it is reasonable to expect a satisfactory level of service if one chooses to provide it.
