IMG Event Rentals serves as a leading event rental company in both the Valley and Northern Arizona. Our main expertise lies in on-site photo booth rentals. Our headquarters is located in Scottsdale and we ensure to bring high-end equipment and exceptional customer service to each event and wedding we attend.

Our journey began in 2021, after the pandemic caused mass layoffs, and our founder, who had gained experience in running and operating photo booths at events of all sizes for a reputed company, spotted a need and started IMG Event Rentals. We believe that a company is as good as its team, and hence, we hire only the best to make your moments with us unforgettable.

Our extensive range of services includes DSLR instant print and digital copies photo booth, all-digital and self-run Salsa iPad photo booth, large platform 360 video booth, and an enthusiastic team of attendants, ensuring that we are equipped to cater to any requirements for your event or wedding. You can choose from our sequined backdrop collection, white tension or green screen backdrops, or upgrade to our premium, hand-built green hedge or white flower wall backdrops. Our packages are inclusive of additional lighting to keep your images flawless.

Our rental fees include a two-hour minimum for DSLR instant print and Salsa iPad photo booths, priced at $525.00 and $400.00, respectively. The large platform 360 video booth has a minimum rental time of three hours, for a fee of $1,400.00. These rates are inclusive of travel within Scottsdale or Phoenix, however, other locations may incur additional travel costs. We offer half-day, full-day, and multi-day rentals for certain packages.

In addition to photo booth rentals, we offer yard game rentals like cornhole, giant Jenga, and giant Connect 4. Backdrop rentals are also available at hourly or daily rates.
