As a licensed home inspector in Washington State, I provide services to the greater Seattle-Tacoma-Everett metro area. With 25 years of experience in home construction, I offer valuable region-specific insight that surpasses the capacity of an average inspector. My complete home inspections start at $400, which include an infra-red scan, and same-day report delivery. I also offer pre-offer walk-through consultations starting at $200.

My ultimate goal is to ensure that my clients have a comprehensive understanding of the condition of the home, functionality of major systems, and awareness of any major defects or safety issues that require attention. I believe that a home is a significant investment for most people, and my services aim to provide peace of mind by providing everything you need to know about your house or condo. Additionally, I deliver all inspection reports the same day in a user-friendly, mobile-compatible HTML format and a PDF file. I provide sellers with pre-listing inspections, including re-inspections for any repairs made, and affordable consultation services for prospective buyers who aren't sure if they want to make an offer on a house.

In today’s competitive, fast-paced real estate market, I offer a unique 10% discount to teachers, child-care providers, healthcare workers, and all foodservice workers (restaurant, grocery store, etc).

On a personal note, as a husband, father to three children, and a passionate volunteer at Little League, I have an appreciation for modern as well as historical techniques used in home construction. My experience extends to recognizing defects, malfunctions, and maintenance issues, making me proficient in identifying them in houses built in different styles, including classic Craftsman, Victorian, and Queen Anne style homes found in Seattle and surrounding cities.
