Tim and his team are exceptional. Within a day, they resolved a longstanding issue we had been dealing with for years. I strongly endorse them.

After meeting with Tim to discuss an estimate, I was impressed by his attentiveness as I have multiple projects that needed attention. He took measurements carefully, and considering that I had never hired a contractor before, I wasn't too sure about my role during the process. I didn't ask about the start date as I figured that they had other jobs lined up and we would have to wait our turn. However, Tim was more than willing to take on all the projects that I required. Despite that, I would prefer more frequent communication, particularly if they promised to get back to me by night. Nonetheless, everyone was extremely friendly, and I will be sure to follow up after the work is completed.

I am currently awaiting scheduling for my projects and am still in need of estimates for almost all of them.
