Jeff and Kevin are highly professional and have done a commendable job. The contractors working alongside them are also experienced and well-qualified. They consistently offered guidance and insightful recommendations throughout the duration of the project.

I was never contacted again after providing my information. The individual only mentioned that they would "share my details" and that I would hear from someone shortly. In the past, I have utilized CrackerJack, and I always dealt directly with the actual worker rather than a "reseller" of my job. It was disheartening. I only refrained from sharing my address with an unknown individual because they never bothered to contact me, even after receiving my phone number. I am inclined to believe that this individual might be a fraudster, and I am grateful that I did not disclose my address to them.

The pricing was incredibly fair and competitive, and the customer service was second to none. I cannot recommend them highly enough for anyone seeking top-notch renovation, addition, or remodeling services. I am already looking forward to working with them again in the future. The basement project was precisely what we had envisioned. Despite revisions and additions to our plans, the team was accommodating and helpful throughout the process. While the project exceeded its original deadline due to our modifications, the team worked tirelessly to ensure that the final outcome was satisfactory. Additionally, they approached the project with a great level of professionalism, providing clarity on each step of the process and communicating effectively. Our experience with Jeff and his team during our major remodeling was fantastic.
